Custom and personalized orders?

Yes! We always love making new pieces, please send us a direct message on Instagram or email us at contact@tezcreation.com or just submit the form HERE

Please note custom orders are not refundable since they are specially made for you unless it is a defect with the item when it arrives. In that case we will make it for you again.

 

Can I change my address once an order is placed?

You may however, it won't be possible after the order is shipped out. If your package gets lost during transit due to wrong address we are not responsible for it . Please make sure your address is correct at time of placing an order.

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.

 

How do I care for my jewelry?

Remove your ring when working out, showering or bathing, when applying lotions, using hairspray, or chemicals such as acetone.

Use a soft brush to clean the stones themselves, scrubbing gently with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water, since soap scum can build up easily, and then pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues to wash or dry jewelry

 

Do you offer engraving?

Yes , we offer engraving for free , please contact us before we ship out your order if you are interested in having your ring engraved. Once an order is shipped out we no longer can add engraving so please make sure to request BEFORE you purchase or soon AFTER you place an order.

 

Does choosing express shipping make the process of making my order faster?

Unfortunately no. Choosing express or priority shipping is for USPS only when we drop off your package. It does not making the process of resizing or making your order any faster. It wont make your order a rush.

If you need to put a rush on your order please contact us and we will let you know if we are able to make it faster.

 

Do you only carry moissanite stones?

Most of our rings are set with moissanite however you have the option of changing stones to any colored gem or upgrade them to any color or shape. We offer almost any type of gems such as cubic zirconia, natural diamond, lab grown diamond.. you name it! send us direct message via messenger or email us if interested.

 

Do you offer lab grown diamonds?

Yes, we do offer lab grown diamonds, and you browse our lab grown diamond section through out the website.

 

Does lab grown diamond test as diamond or moissanite?

 

Lab grown diamonds are grown using 2 techniques CVD and HPHT, where both has same chemical properties and physical appearance, HPHT on some testing method test as moissanite, as the technology used are not upgraded for testing in effectively. Labs such as IGI and GIA has the method to test and verify them.

 CVD will test as diamond on normal diamond testers or any thermal testers.

 

Do you make Men's ring and band?

Yes , we do take custom orders. Send us pictures!

 

Do you have a payment plan option?

Yes, we provide payment plan, you can pay us 25 - 50% at time of order and the remaining balance at time of shipping out the jewelry to you.

 

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we offer wholesale. If you want to start the small business or you want to have jewelry in bulk, please contact us directly via email or messenger. 

 

 

Shipping policy

Where do you ship to?

Yes, we ship almost anywhere in the world and free shipping offered to US, Canada , UK and Australia!

 International orders sometimes may be subjected to customs fees, duties, VAT or taxes separately calculated and collected at the time of delivery which must be paid and handled by you (the buyer). We are not responsible for these charges and we have no way of knowing how much these charges may be.

 IMPORTANT: Please note that delivery times are estimates ONLY and we have no control over actual delivery times.

 We also offer FEDEX / DHL 3-6 day express shipping for international packages.

 

How long will my order take?

Any order that is placed on tezcreation.com takes processing time of 2 weeks.

 The customized order time may vary depending upon the design of the jewelry, the time will be updated to client via email or messenger.

 

 

Returns and exchanges

Do you accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations?

 Yes, we gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations but please take a note of below points.

 Contact me within: 21 days of delivery. 

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 48 hours of purchase

Customs or personalized items cannot be return because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Tezcreation can't accept returns for:
